The Impact A Hero Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of the organization’s new Executive Director, Constance Ann White. Constance brings extensive leadership experience from the non-profit sector and her passion for supporting active military personnel and veterans is unwavering. Constance retired her previous professional career in 2020 as the Executive Director of Spindletop Charities, Inc., an organization within the oil and gas industry that provides critical support for at-risk youth in the greater Houston area. She was recently awarded the inaugural Spindletop Volunteer Service Award, which moving forward will be named in her honor. Constance has extensive volunteer and board experience including serving as a director and former chairman of the Texas Ranger Association Foundation, a director of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, a volunteer for the Institute for Spirituality and Health, a consultant for Crime Stoppers – Houston Safe School Institute, and as an American Leadership Forum Senior Fellow. Constance is a former Impact A Hero board member serving from 2013-2016 and during 2021.“We are thrilled with the appointment of Constance as the new leader of our organization, and we look forward to her vision of moving Impact A Hero forward in support of our veterans.
