Constance Ann White joined the IAH staff in January 2022 as the executive director. She has been dedicated to the mission of Impact A Hero serving two terms as a board member, 2013-2016 and in 2021. Constance is not a military veteran, and as a Daughter of a US Army Veteran, she has been supportive to veterans and active military during her lifetime. Constance previously spent a meaningful career with Spindletop Charities, Inc. a non-profit within the oil and gas industry supporting organizations working with and educating at-risk youth. A native of Roswell, New Mexico she and her family were actively involved with the institution and cadets of New Mexico Military Institute, where four generations of her family attended. She is a graduate of the University of Arkansas. Constance has volunteered and served on several non-profit boards, including the Texas Ranger Association Foundation, supporting DPS Texas Rangers throughout the state and Crime Stoppers – Houston Safe School Institute. She is passionate about helping youth and veterans.

Our team is really dedicated and I am honored to meet so many wonderful military veterans through the positive initiatives of Impact A Hero, and being amongst our heroes on a daily basis. Every day is a new learning experience, and I am grateful for the opportunity to be a small part of the veteran community as a patriot.
