Dare to Lead
Designed by Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirical-based leadership program designed to teach individuals, teams, and entire organizations the research-based skill sets of courage that turn you into a braver, more daring leader.
Participants come away with powerful new language, operationalized values, and practical tools to better lead. This research-driven, courage-building program is built on a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. They include rumbling with vulnerability, living into our values, BRAVING trust, and learning to rise.
