Michael Acuff is the Managing Member of Loftwood Holdings, LLC, an investment, and advisory services company based in The Woodlands, Texas. Michael previously spent over 20 years in the Oil and Gas industry culminating as Senior Vice President of Commercial with Pacific Drilling. He currently serves as Creditor Representative for Ocyan S.A. and previously as Advisory Board Member for Global Subsea Solutions.

Michael is a graduate of the University of Tennessee in Civil Engineering as well as receiving his MBA from Rice University in Finance. He spent eight years on active duty and reserves as an Army Air Defense Artillery Officer with an honorable discharge as a Captain (O-3). Michael resides in The Woodlands with his wife Charlotte and their sons Abb and Owen.

Impact a Hero is a fantastic organization that I have supported over the years. The support they provide for our veterans and their families who have served and sacrificed so much is tremendous. I am honored to be able to serve on the Board and help give back to our country’s heroes.
